Items must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return for the following reasons: the product appears to be used and therefore no longer in its original condition or the return is beyond the allowed 14 days from purchase.
To return an item, please email us at orders(at)thebutterflytattoo.com first so that we may expect it. For your security, please return your order with an insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx and keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
